Executive Assistant
Job Description
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Managing Director. Furthermore the successful candidate will be working on general administration, business development, social media and general office support functions.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects at once and keep the Managing Director organized, prioritized and on time. You will also be serving as a “go to” person for all topics regarding administrative support and our website portfolio.
What we’re looking for
Project Exa is looking for a self-motivated individual for the role as the Executive Assistant supporting the Managing Director. The position will serve as the single point of contact for all administrative support of the Managing Director and his organization.
Education:
- High school or equivalent experience and several years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Work directly with Managing Director on projects and internal tasks

Having an interest in website development, social media campaigns and data analytics

Enjoys breaking routine – working around all aspects of business

Comfortable with a startup environment
- Network development: identify potential new contacts and partners in line with strategic
objectives, coordinate initial contact and/or develop relationships - Innovation: collate business development ideas, support the research and development
of potential projects, develop/coordinate processes for feedback on new ideas and
supporting implementation of pilot projects - Project support: provide research, development and reporting support on specific
projects in line with Project Exas business plan as required by the Managing Director

Availability
